1. General Information
1.1. A gift voucher is a prepaid voucher or certificate that can be redeemed
for goods or services at Yapham Holds Farmhouse (the "Merchant").
1.2. Gift vouchers are subject to availability and can only be redeemed in
accordance with these terms and conditions.
2. Redemption
2.1. Gift vouchers can only be used to purchase goods or services from Yapham
Holds Farmhouse.
2.2. The gift voucher must be presented at the time of purchase.
2.3. The gift voucher cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded, except where
required by law.
2.4. The gift voucher is valid only for the value stated on the voucher and
must be redeemed in a single transaction. If the total purchase value exceeds
the voucher amount, the difference must be paid using another payment method.
2.5. The gift voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions,
discounts, experience vouchers, or offers unless stated otherwise.
2.6 Not redeemable against 3rd party bookings, direct bookings only via yaphamholdsfarmhouse.com
3. Expiry Date
3.1. All gift vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of
issue, after which they will expire and no longer be redeemable.
3.2. The expiry date is clearly stated on the voucher. It is the recipient’s
responsibility to ensure the voucher is used before the expiry date.
4. Lost or Stolen Vouchers
4.1. Yapham Holds Farmhouse is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged
gift vouchers.
4.2. If a voucher is lost or stolen, you must notify us immediately, and we
may, at our sole discretion, issue a replacement voucher for the remaining
balance, provided the voucher has not been used or redeemed.
5. Non-transferability
5.1. Gift vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be resold or exchanged for
cash.
5.2. The gift voucher can only be redeemed by the individual to whom it was
issued, unless otherwise permitted by Yapham Holds Farmhouse.
6. Restrictions
6.1. Gift vouchers cannot be used for the purchase of other gift vouchers or
for services that are not directly provided by Yapham Holds Farmhouse.
6.2. Gift vouchers may not be redeemed for alcoholic beverages, tobacco
products, or any other products or services excluded by law.
7. Cancellation & Refunds
7.1. Gift vouchers cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged unless required
by law.
7.2. In the event of a product or service refund, the value of the gift voucher
will not be refunded in cash but can be credited back to a new voucher.
8. Amendments
8.1. Yapham Holds Farmhouse reserves the right to modify or update these terms
and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will not affect
gift vouchers already issued.
9. Legal Compliance
9.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of East Yorkshire and
any disputes arising from the use of gift vouchers shall be subject to the
exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in East Yorkshire.
